Competition Period: The Competition commences on Monday 23^rd February 2026 and closes on Sunday 19^th April 2026 while stocks last.

Entry Restrictions: Entrants to the Competition must be New Zealand residents who have purchased two (2) bottles of Nando’s PERi-PERi Sauce 250g with a Free Whole Chicken Competition neck tag attached to the bottle from Woolworths New Zealand, New World or Pak ‘n’ Save retail outlets. Proof of purchase must be kept by the Entrant and provided to the Promoter at point of redemption at Nando’s Botany only. Limit of one entry per person per day. Entrants under the age of 18 must have parent or legal guardian approval to enter the Competition.

Entry Method: To enter the Competition, during the Competition Period, entrants must produce two Free Whole Chicken Competition neck collars and proof of purchase of two (2) bottles of Nando’s PERi-PERi Sauce 250g in the same transaction.

Prizes: Up to 100 entrants that satisfy the Entry Method and Entry Restrictions will receive a free Whole Chicken (equivalent to the value of NZD$31.95 for each entrant), redeemable only at the Nando’s Botany restaurant. The Prize can only be claimed at the Point of Sale in the Botany restaurant for Dine-In or Pick-Up only via a Nando’s employee after showing evidence that all entry conditions have been met and demonstrated. The Prize cannot be claimed through delivery.

Total Prize Pool Value: Approximately NZD$3,195 (inclusive of GST)

Terms and Conditions of the Prize:

1. The Prize is not transferable, deferrable, exchangeable or redeemable for any other product and cannot be taken as cash or other currency. If the Prize is not fulfilled for any reason, then the Prize is forfeited.
2. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time before applying the Prize, to vary, postpone or cancel the Prize, including, without limitation, where in the Promoter’s opinion (as determined by the Promoter in its sole discretion):
   1. an entrant has not complied with the Terms and Conditions;
   2. an entrant does not satisfy the Competition entry requirements; and/or
   3. the Promoter cannot conduct the Competition or offer the Prize for any other reason outside the Promoter’s reasonable control.
3. The Prize cannot be transferred to another person.
4. The Promoter takes no responsibility for lost evidence relating to claiming of the Prizes.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. These Terms and Conditions, and all other information provided by the Promoter to the entrant prior to entering the Competition, including the Schedule and any instructions on how to enter the Competition, form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this Competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Any entry not complying with these Terms and Conditions is invalid. The Schedule defines certain terminology used within these Terms and Conditions and to the extent of any inconsistency between the Schedule and these Terms and Conditions, the Schedule will prevail.
2. Entry is only open to residents of New Zealand who comply with the Entry Restrictions. Employees (and their immediate family members) of the Promoter, participating retailers and agencies associated with this Competition are ineligible to enter. Immediate family members include any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin.
3. The Competition will be conducted during the Competition Period. To enter the Competition entrants must follow the Entry Method and comply with all other applicable requirements during the Competition Period. Redemptions of Prizes must be made during the Competition Period. Automated and computer-generated entries will not be accepted.
4. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant with an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions will be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
5. The Promoter is not responsible for receipt of incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information caused by an entrant or occurring during transmission. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone or computer device, telephone or computer networks or any telecommunication lines, servers, suppliers or providers, traffic congestion on any phone or computer network, or any combination thereof. The Promoter is not responsible for any injury or damage to an entrant’s telephone device, handset or computer related device, or any other person’s telephone device, handset or computer related device, resulting directly or indirectly from participation in this Competition and/or sending or receiving any communication or materials related to or in this Competition.
6. The entrant confirms and warrants that they have full power and authority to enter the Competition and accept these Terms and Conditions, and hereby agrees to indemnify the Promoter from and against any and all costs and damages incurred directly or indirectly as a result of any breach of the representations and warranties made by the entrant herein or in their entry for the Competition.
7. The Promoter reserves the right to reject any entry submitted to the Competition.
8. The Prize will be awarded to the claimants based on chance. Skill plays no part in determining the outcome.
9. The Competition outcome is final and binding upon all entrants and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. The Prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if an entrant is unable to use the Prize as stated. The Prize is not transferable to another person (unless agreed to by the Promoter) or exchangeable for other goods and services and cannot be redeemed for cash or other currency.
11. Nando’s reserves the right to request that the claimant provides proof of identity, proof of residency and/or proof of entry validity to claim the Prize. Proof of identity, residency and/or entry validity considered suitable for verification is at Nando’s discretion. If a claimant cannot provide suitable proof, they will forfeit the Prize in whole and no substitute will be offered.
12. If a claimant does not claim the Prize, or is otherwise ineligible to receive the Prize in accordance with the Entry Restrictions and/or Entry Method, they will forfeit the Prize.
13. If the Prize is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the Prize with a gift to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
14. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications and a claimant must seek their own independent financial advice regarding the tax implications relating to the Prize or acceptance or use of the Prize.
15. By entering the Competition, each entrant agrees that the Promoter may disclose their personal information to any applicable State and Territory lottery department and if they are a claimant of the Competition may have their names published as required under any relevant lottery legislation, including publishing, or causing to be published, the claimant’s name and suburb in any media, including on the Website.
16. If required by the Promoter, the claimants agree to participate in any promotional activities associated with the Competition and the Prize such as public appearances and photo opportunities that might be required by the Promoter. The claimants agree to the Promoter using the claimant’s likeness and image for any purpose related to the Competition and the Prize. The claimants grant the Promoter a perpetual and non-exclusive licence to use such footage and photographs in all media worldwide indefinitely, and the claimants will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
17. If this Competition is interfered with in any way, or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated, due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law, (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Competition, as appropriate.
18. Any cost associated with accessing the Competition websites and mobile applications, including the Website and/or the App, is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used. The use of any automated software, or any other mechanical or electronic means, that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid.
19. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Competition, including but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any claim, entry or offer that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in Prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by an entrant; or (f) use of a Prize.
20. The Promoter and its associated agencies shall not be liable in any way if the performance of obligations hereunder is delayed or becomes impossible by reason of any Act of God, war, fire, earthquake, strike, sickness, accident, civil commotion or any other cause.
21. Any guarantee or warranty given is in addition to any relevant statutory guarantees and warranties and nothing in these Terms and Conditions restricts, excludes or modifies, or purports to restrict, exclude or modify, any statutory consumer rights under any applicable law, including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
22. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of New Zealand.
