  • 1kg Large King or Queen Prawns, de-veined but not peeled
  • 60g Butter
  • 30g Crushed garlic
  • ¼ Cup (60ml) Nando’s PERi-PERi Sauce
  • Juice of 2 -3 lemons

Cooking Instructions

1 Heat butter and garlic in a skillet or heavy-based frying pan.
2 Add prawns, and fry for 5 minutes, until the colour has turned coral.
3 Add Nando’s PERi-PERi and stir through to coat the prawns with sauce.
4 Squeeze the lemon over the prawns and serve immediately with rice or crusty bread.
